George Bush has a responsibility to meet with Cindy Sheehan

Over the past few days, I am sure many of you have heard the story of Cindy Sheehan, the "Peace" Mom from Vacaville, California. I know this is a polarizing issue as almost everything is in the United States. But Ms. Sheehan deserves to hear the truth from the President. I have grown fed up with President Bush's irresponsibility to the Iraq War. The truth is simple: He went into the war with no plan and he still does not have a plan to withdraw troops. He sent troops into battle unprepared and he has done nothing but use straw man arguments when anyone asks him a question about Iraq. Just this morning Nebraskan Republican Senator Chuck Hagel agreed with Massachusetts Democratic Senator Ted Kennedy when it came to the War. Hagel said that Iraq is turning into another Vietnam. I whole heartedly agree. But did you notice a parallel, the president at the time of the War was Lyndon B. Johnson of Texas. The President at the time of the Second Gulf War is George W. Bush of Texas and the president at the time of the First Gulf War was George H.W. Bush of Texas (Although he was born in Massachusetts). Now of course I know you might be thinking that I am pointing to a bizarre fact and you might accuse me of thinking Texans cause wars. On the contrary. Lyndon Johnson's war was a mess, I'll grant you that. But George H.W. Bush went into the first gulf war for legitimate reasons. Most people backed him in that war because they had not only approval from the U.N. but because Saddam Hussein had illegaly invaded another country (Kuwait). That war ended up lasting a year, In theory the war could have lasted longer has Bush Sr. gone after Saddam. But, he didn't because he foresaw the Quagmire that would have happened that is now ironically happening under his son. Still, I believe people need to know the truth. I know people have different opinions of Cindy Sheehan. But, I beleive wholeheartedly in what she is doing. She is extremely courageous for demanding answers to a war that we all would like to know. Quite simply, what is the real reason we went into Iraq? Was it for Oil? Was it because the Administration had an obsession of toppling Saddam Hussein that they were willing to make up any excuse to do it? I do agree with the President the War is a better place without Saddam in it. But, this should have been planned out much better. Notice how Presidents Truman until President Reagan handled the Soviets. It was a test of wits and in the End America had stronger wits as they waited 40 years until the Soviet Union went bankrupt. Of course there were subtle differences. For one the Soviet Union as far as I know and I might be wrong on this so correct me if I am, did not have Oil as a major export. Whereas Iraq does have Oil as its biggest export, so I am unsure how much Oil the Iraqis had so that they could use to sustain themselves and their weapons systems over an unspecified number of years. However, Iraq could never become another Orange Revolution because the people there are so badly oppressed beyond belief. Still, I thank Cindy Sheehan for her work on behalf of Millions of people around the world who still would like to know why Bush went into Iraq. Thank you, Cindy.

Bush has already met with Cindy once. All she is doing now is whoring herself out to the anti- war extremists. She has dishonored her son's death. As such she deserves no respect and no meeting.
