Go West Young Lad

Gerard Kennedy's decision to not rule out a bid for running in the west is not a bad move by him, in fact I had thought it would be great if he would run in his native Manitoba, I have the perfect riding for him, it's held by Rod Bruinooge currently and its called Winnipeg South, I am almost certain that Kennedy would be able to steam roll over Mr. Bruinooge if he ran there. That would then leave Bob Rae to try his hand at trying to capture the Parkdale-High Park seat from Peggy Nash,

Gerard Kennedy is showing that he is open to all of Canada and that he wants to be Canada's prime minister not Toronto's prime minister. Observe the brilliance of Gerard Kennedy.

The man has already decided to live in Quebec for two months of the summer and that is a brilliant move on his part, If he does live in Quebec, he would legitimately be able to claim he has experienced all of Canada (except for Atlantic Canada). He would also be able to get a diverse viewpoint from all the people in Canada. This is a smart move on his behalf and it shows that Gerard Kennedy is not afraid to take a risk when the dividends could definitely help him.

Manitoba is not that far "West" much closer to Toronto than Vancouver. We have good candidates out here already, and this looks quite condescending. He should stick to his constituents who he has served well, and not pull a Stockwell Day. Too cute.
